Services
Flatlined SEO provides AI Search Optimization (AISO) services including website audits, technical SEO implementation, content optimization, and ongoing monitoring services. Our services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.
Payment Terms
All fees are quoted in US dollars. Payment is due as specified in your service agreement. For subscription services, payments are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law.
- Setup fees are due upon commencement of services
- Monthly fees are billed in advance
- You may cancel your subscription with 30 days written notice
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Grant necessary access to your website and accounts
- Respond to communications in a timely manner
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or traffic increases. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
Intellectual Property
All content, tools, and methodologies used in providing our services remain our intellectual property. Work product created specifically for your project becomes your property upon full payment.
TCPA Compliance
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from us regarding your inquiry and our services. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for violation of these terms or non-payment.
